When the City University of New York embarked on the largest implementation of PeopleSoft in higher education it was essential that we build an agile PeopleSoft Production Support team that would eventually have to support 23 campuses, 275000 students and 40000 faculty and staff. I was fortunate to be able to ask John Dickman to take the lead on building the Production Support Team and processes. As a key member of my leadership team, John proved to be a highly capable professional able to navigate highly challenging technical and change management issues to successfully build a high performing production support team and processes.
